Return & Refund Policy - Vaanya
At Vaanya, every piece of jewellery is handcrafted with care and quality. We want you to love your purchase. If you have any concerns, please read our return and refund terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging, tags, and invoice.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for a change of mind, size issues (for rings or bracelets after the order has been confirmed), or customised/personalised orders. Additionally, all sales are final for earrings (due to hygiene reasons) and any items purchased during a sale or discount offer. Finally, we cannot process a return if the item shows any signs of wear, damage, or use, if it was damaged after delivery due to improper handling, or if the request lacks the mandatory unboxing video.
2. Return Window
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Returns cannot be accepted after this 48-hour window has passed.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at 91477 37653 or Email at vaanya.inbox@gmail.com. You must share the following three mandatory details to process your request:

Your Order number.

An Unboxing video (mandatory). The video is compulsory and must show the parcel being opened without any cuts or edits.

Clear photos of the product and packaging.
4. Return Pickup and Verification
Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address. Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any transit damage during transit. Refunds are only issued after the returned product reaches us and our quality team completes its verification.
5. Refund Method and Replacement
If the return is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 3-7 working days. The specific refund choice will be shared with you at the time of approval. If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship a new product (subject to availability) once the return is approved, but replacements are only available for the exact same product.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled. For prepaid orders cancelled within the 4-hour window, refunds will be issued within 3-7 working days.
